A friend of mine recommended this ball to get rid of the buns I had obtained across the sabbatical I took from work. The ball helps with increasing and activating muscles on my frontal hips, and back without much effort.
I have read reviews where the ball popped without much effort on it. To prevent that from happening, place the ball on a smooth surface, and only pump till its 90% air capacitylimit. The ball needs to be stretched out first, before being filled to the brim.
