How would it feel to have the body you've always wanted? Have you ever felt frustrated about not getting the results you want? Do you think you are eating the right foods but your body still isn't changing as fast as you want?

Are you grinding through your workday with low energy levels, praying for the next day off so you can sleep in? When you read these books develop strategies to minimize stress, anxiety and the fear of rebounding so you can create a bulletproof body and mind.

1. The Fitness Mindset: Eat for energy, Train for tension, Manage your mindset, Reap the results Paperback

I follow Brian Keane Fitness on all his social media platforms, so I was very excited when he started talking about bringing out a book.

Quite frankly the best book to buy for fitness and nutrition advice.  I've never had a fitness book before that I would describe as a page-turner, but I couldn't put this one down. So I read it a second time. If you are starting on the road to fitness, this book is a must-read.

2. The Total Fitness Manual: Transform Your Body in 12 Weeks

This is an excellent strength training manual for anyone looking to improve fitness at all levels including resistance training, cardio, and flexibility.

The Total Fitness Manual combines every bit of info you need to get in shape- and stay in shape for life. You can take the 12-week body transformation challenge for dramatic, proven results, or create your own fitness routine from the book’s wealth of information on resistance training, cardio, nutrition, flexibility, and more.

3. Build Your Running Body: A Total-Body Fitness Plan for All Distance Runners, from Milers to Ultramarathoners-Run Farther, Faster, and Injury-Free

This is the "one" book to get if you are going to get any book on running. It's comprehensive, well-written and has many practical examples and advice. It validates many of the things I do now to keep this running body on the road.

This easy-to-use workout manual draws on the latest research in running physiology to target all the components that go into every stride-including muscles, connective tissue, cardiovascular fitness, energy production, the nervous system, hormones, and the brain.

Pete Magill-the author of the book has coached his running clubs to 19 masters national championships. He’s a five-time USA Masters Cross Country Runner of the Year and the fastest-ever American distance runner over age 50 in the 5K and 10K.

4. 30 Minute Body: World champion personal training secrets revealed!

This book has changed my mind, body, and training immensely. I've undergone a full transformation, I will never go back to my old way of training again.

This book is very informative about how to be successful in your fitness journey. It is for sure a mindset change but it is fantastic!

Lance McCullough-the author of the book has a passion for health and fitness training since high school. His experience with weight training as part of football practice helped Lance realize how training could enhance sports performance.

He was inspired to write this book because of his desire to provide useful, accurate information about weight and cardio training, diet and nutrition that would change people's lives for the better.
