Still haven’t shed those extra pounds from those holiday dinner or from binge eating on all of those leftovers? 

I feel you there fam! I’ve been having some trouble in that area too and it sucks. I just want to feel as healthy and as light as before. 

Through the years I’ve always been on and off and am constantly trying different kinds diet, exercise plan and eating plan just to get rid of the pounds I gained from the holiday season and just eating in general. As I try these things, I picked up some items that really helped me and is continuously helping me to shed the unwanted fats that I gained from all the eating. 

I want to share with you a few things that helped me through my weight loss and a few tips that can help you as much it helped me. 

1. Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - Yes it is that thing again, but I assure you fam that this has helped me in the process and have been making my life easier. It doesn’t only help you with the weight loss, but it also helps with the elimination of bad breath. It has tons of use too. I personally use it for my salad and I use it for my hair as a conditioner as it helps my hair become shiny, soft and it also gets rid of unwanted smell too. 

Tip: But one tablespoon of ACV in a cup of warm water and drink it in the morning to activate your metabolism. 

2. Green Tea – I just love this so much. I’m not much of a coffee person and so green tea is my choice of drink. Didn’t you know that green tea makes you pretty? Yes fam, it does. It’s an antioxidant that helps fight different kinds of illness and it helps you from sunburns and protects your skin from free radicals. I also use green tea for the face as it alleviates puffiness and redness on my skin. It also helps with the digestion and boosts your metabolism. 

Tip: Drink a few cups throughout the day after meals to sooth the stomach and activate the digestion.

3. VCO or Virgin Coconut Oil- So oil… scary right? But VCO helped me to reduce my hunger before eating my first meal and it increases my energy for the day. It helps with the absorption of the nutrients in your body that can help with weight issues. I also use it on my hair to make it shiny and healthier.  

Tip: Stir a teaspoon amount on warm water before drinking to help curb appetite. 

Bonus Tip: I also mix VCO with castor oil and apply it on my brows, hair and eyelashes to make them thick and long.
