Baking Equipment Must-Haves!

You might be someone that is starting to learn how to bake, or just trying to find inspiration for your next baking plans.

Regardless, this are some baking equipments that you must have when baking cookies, pies, cakes and much more.

This equipments can be found in any baking or online store, with them, you should be able to bake anything to your heart’s content.. Also, they will last for a long time even if they might be a little more pricey.

                                                                                                Pecan Caramel Cheesecake Cookie Cups....yassssssssss.....

1.Bakeware set

You will need baking pans so that you can hold the shape of the ingredients. Be it pie plates, loaf pans, cake pans, this XI YOYO 10 piece non stick bakeware set should have enough basic varieties so to ensure you can try baking different goodies every weekend!

2. Spatulas

You will need the rubber ones to remove cakes batters from stirring bowls and get every last drop of it without damaging your bowls. Get at least 3 different sizes ones for different bowls.

3. Wire Whisk

You will always need a wire whisk to stir your cake batters, whisk eggs with butter etc, Most of them are made from stainless steel to avoid rust and can be used for a long time.

4. Knives

You should already have knives at home used for cutting vegetables and meat. But knives used for baking are slightly different, they are serrated for ease to cut through thick layer of cakes. Get the Chefs Vision 6 Lanscape Kitchen Knife set which can last a long time and be used for all baking materials, from bread to cake and dough.

5.Oven Mitts

With a good pair of Oven Mitts, you will never burn your hands trying to remove your bakeware set straight from the oven! Try to get one up to 600F that is low water absorbent so that the material lasts longer.

6.Timer

Even though many ovens have their own timers, you will need a separate timer for stuff like dough fermentation, and mixing ingredients. If you rather not bring your phone into the kitchen and get it dirty with flour and oil, I would highly recommend using a timer so it's easier. Besides, you can always use the timer for your normal cooking.

With all this, you’r ready to go! If you would like to bake specific ingredients than you might need more specific baking equipments, but this list should suffice to have a range of variety from the get go!
