There’s a lot of pros and cons of having a small laptop and a wide, large, bulky laptop. Small laptops are usually low in specs compared to large laptops. However, for school, work and personal use, small laptops are quite handy. But not all small laptops are low end, in fact, with some innovations, there are a smaller size and slim laptops good for gaming, but for laptops below $500, it’s an indication that we’re really not into gaming.
Small laptops are portable, does not consume a lot of space, lightweight, cheap and more. It is best and ideal for travel, business trips, students, doing team projects, techno geeks and sometimes for office work as well. You really don’t need to have a huge bag as you can simply carry it around like a notebook.

It may be wide, but when it comes to price, 11 inches laptops are far more affordable compared to a compact and convertible 10-inches laptops. The reason would be the versatility of the device, but that’s a small issue when it comes to quality and performance. This device could work with 1366 x 768 displays, that’s far larger and wider compared to a resolution of a 10 inches display laptop. It has a decent, but not at all latest, Intel Celeron Processor with processing speed of 1.6 GHz. It features a 4GB RAM that’s quite sufficient in running all important office apps, playing videos, audios and for internet browsing.

It lasts up to 10 hours of use, making it great for doing work outdoors or wherever you are.

Considering that I love to travel and always out from home, I would buy one for my own. It would greatly help me do and keep track of my work even if I’m out doing other things or in travels. I greatly recommend the ASUS Transformer Mini with a 10-inch display as it has higher storage capacity using a 128GB solid-state drive. Apart from the fast loading drive, it’s twice the normal storage capacity of most small laptop that uses only 64GB. It also convertible, making it versatile and comfortable depending on use. The laptop could help you out with taking homeschool activities, office work, doing projects away from home or allows you to enjoy some great videos and music while you’re seated, lying down, in a car, train, plane, or just about anywhere.
